What is Welcome Campers?

Welcome Campers is an all-inclusive, music-filled sleepaway camp weekend for grown-ups. It's a truly unique experience where you can join artists and friends for classic camp activities, meals, parties and more, plus experience the nostalgia of summer camp alongside exciting performances in an intimate setting.

Where is Welcome Campers?

Camp Lenox (in The Berkshires in Western Massachusetts)
2042 North Main Road
Lee, Massachusetts 01238

What's included in the ticket, and what are the options?

All tickets include lodging, food, drinks, and access to tons of camp activities and competitions for all campers, bands and artists to participate in together.

Individual tickets are $150, and group tickets (group of 4 or private bunk) are $125 each.

If you purchase regular/individual tickets, you'll be placed in a shared bunk, and you will be placed with friends if requested, even if you and your friends purchase tickets separately. You will also have the opportunity to specify if you'd prefer a co-ed/gender neutral or same-gender bunk.

If you're coming with a group or if you'd simply like some privacy, we have group packages and full/private bunks available. These bunks have 8-12 beds and are a minimum of $1000 to reserve ($125 per person). To reserve the private bunk on our ticket page, you'll need to select that you have at least 8 people in your group, but if you'd like to book a full bunk with fewer than 8 people, you can! It'll still be $1000 dollars, and you can just fill out your name multiple times in the check out form. If you have any questions, get in touch at events@thewildhoneypie.com or 917 612 7435.

Are there age restrictions?

Welcome Campers is an 18+ event.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! We'll just have a list of names at check-in and on the bus.

Will there be merch?

Yes! You can purchase an official Welcome Campers T-shirt for $10 HERE or during camp.

We will also be selling some band merch during camp.

Will there be an ATM?

Is there a playlist?

You’ll be seeing all of these incredible bands live very soon, but in the meantime, subscribe to the official Spotify playlist and get a taste of what you’ll hear at Welcome Campers! We’ve also created a user-generated Spotify playlist for those of you who are driving to camp! Check it out and add some tunes while you drive.

Are pets permitted?
